Qualifications

• Recent bachelor's degree in chemical, electrical, industrial, mechanical, mechatronic/manufacturing engineering or related field.
• GPA 2.5 or above, with preference for 3.0+.
• Leadership qualities and proactive problem solving.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience in heavy/manufacturing industries.
• Willingness to relocate within the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Safety excellence and adherence to protocols across operations.
• Structured rotational program covering cement manufacturing, process improvements, quality and reliability, maintenance, production, and data management.
• Contribute to real projects during rotations.
• Develop technical and soft skills through hands-on work, training, and mentorship.
• Expand leadership abilities with increasing responsibilities.
• Build a network across Cemex with peers, mentors, and leaders.
• Support innovation and continuous improvement within cement operations.
