Job summary

Qualifications

• Four years of experience; or an associate degree/technical training plus two years; or a bachelor’s degree is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Graduate School Registrar general email account and reply to inquiries.
• Support Graduate Program Coordinators.
• Process graduate applications and transcripts; calculate GPAs.
• Manage electronic forms and application materials.
• Maintain student records in Banner.
• Answer inquiries via email and phone.
• Support graduate recruitment and training events.
• Support other Graduate Studies operations.
