Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with business customers and respond to their enquiries.
• Prepare quotations and pricing information.
• Manage customer orders from enquiry to delivery.
• Assist with tenders, pricing exercises and customer proposals.
• Maintain accurate customer and CRM information; produce customer reports using Excel.
