Job summary

Uxbridge Employment is seeking a bright, ambitious individual to join a small, friendly team in Uxbridge. You’ll work with experienced Account Managers, handling customer relationships, quotations, pricing, orders and invoicing.

Open to recent graduates or those with some office or administration experience. The role is office-based, Monday to Friday, with opportunities to learn and progress in a growing commercial environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate or A-level with office, customer service or administration experience.
• Bright, articulate and highly organised with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Speak with customers and build strong, professional relationships.
• Respond to enquiries by telephone and email.
• Prepare quotations and pricing information.
• Support Account Managers with customer accounts and projects.
• Manage orders from initial enquiry through to delivery and invoicing.
• Help prepare information for tenders and larger customer projects.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to keep everything moving.
• Produce reports and work with data in Excel.
• Keep customer and CRM information accurate and up to date.
• Investigate queries and find solutions when problems arise.
• Learn about products, customers, pricing and the wider commercial operation.
• Take on more responsibility as knowledge and confidence grow.
