Job summary

Uxbridge Employment is recruiting a Customer Service and Sales Support Representative in the Uxbridge area. This permanent, full-time role offers hybrid working, a salary of £26,000–£30,000 depending on experience, and a performance-related annual bonus.

You will handle customer enquiries, process orders, and provide day-to-day sales support, working with colleagues and external partners to resolve issues and keep customers informed.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in a commercial environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to write professional customer emails independently.
• Good organisation skills and ability to manage several priorities.
• Good general IT skills and experience using business systems.
• A proactive, helpful and customer-focused approach.
• Previous sales support or order-processing experience would be advantageous.
• Experience working with technical products would be beneficial but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries by telephone and email.
• Process orders and provide day-to-day sales support.
• Coordinate returns, replacements, refunds and exchanges.
• Investigate customer queries and complaints and work towards resolutions.
• Liaise with colleagues, suppliers and delivery partners to inform customers.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information.
• Prepare clear and professional written correspondence.
• Highlight recurring customer issues and support service improvements.
