Job summary

The role includes advising on thesis/dissertation processes and graduation steps for masters and doctoral students, ensuring timely graduation for thousands of graduates. Regular hours with occasional events in Stillwater.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required by start date.
• Matriculation & Prog Spclt I-II balance with related experience.
• Sr Matriculation & Prog Spclt II requires Master’s degree with related experience.
• Sr Matriculation & Prog Spclt II-Master's degree requires five years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of graduate student academic progress.
• Advise students on Plans of Study, coursework, and policies.
• Review progress and notify students of unsatisfactory status.
• Counsel graduate faculty and program coordinators on rules for matriculation.
• Advise on thesis/dissertation processes and graduation procedures.
