Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to apply didactic knowledge in a real-world pharmacy setting within our CVS stores. You will work under a preceptor and district leader to complete a 120‑day training roadmap, supporting safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and patient care.

You will learn SOPs, best practices, and how to deliver caring service that exceeds patient expectations while building readiness for a Pharmacist role and future leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program prior to beginning the Post‑Graduate Training Program at CVS Health.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe, per state guidelines.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.
• 1+ years of related work experience in pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting.
• Ability to become immunization certified when regulations are met.

Responsibilities

• Regular attendance, including weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Assist the pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately.
• Demonstrate empathy and genuine care in patient interactions and uphold patient privacy and safety.
