Job summary

The Graduate Recruitment and Enrollment Specialist advances Graduate School and International Education (GSIE) domestic graduate enrollment by managing assigned recruitment portfolios from initial inquiry through enrollment.

In close partnership with graduate programs and the GSIE Digital Marketing Specialist, this position develops and implements targeted communications and outreach strategies, builds relationships with prospective students, supports applicants through admissions requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education.
• At least four (4) years of relevant experience in admissions, student recruitment, enrollment management, advising, student services, customer relationship management or a related area.
• Experience using a CRM, student information system, or similar enterprise platform to manage records, communications, workflows, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment and enrollment strategies for assigned graduate programs.
• Advise prospective students and applicants regarding admissions requirements, deadlines, and enrollment processes.
• Coordinate recruitment communications, admissions activities, and yield initiatives.
• Maintain recruitment and admissions CRM records, workflows, and reporting.
• Analyze data and implement improvements to support enrollment goals.
• Represent GSIE at recruitment events and collaborate with campus partners to support enrollment initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
