NWU is seeking a Graduate Student Recruitment and Admissions professional to guide inquiries through enrollment. You will develop recruitment strategies, counsel applicants, and analyze enrollment data to meet goals. The role requires collaboration with academic leadership, marketing, and operations, plus occasional overnight travel.

The position emphasizes proactive outreach via multiple channels and accurate information sharing with prospective students from diverse backgrounds.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Minimum of one year experience in Higher Education Admissions or Recruiting preferred.
• Ability to travel overnight and work non-standard hours.
• Ability to lift objects up to 40 pounds.
• Strong communication with diverse prospective students.

• Manage Graduate Student Recruitment and Admissions from inquiry through enrollment.
• Develop and execute recruitment and communication strategies.
• Counsel prospective students and evaluate application readiness and progression.
• Analyze Admissions and Enrollment data to support enrollment goals.
• Independently manage prospective student relationships and recruitment activities.
• Review applications for completeness and progression against program requirements.
• Provide individualized guidance throughout the recruitment and admissions process.
• Conduct strategic outreach via phone, email, SMS, and virtual channels.
• Coordinate graduate recruitment events including information sessions and open houses.
• Collaborate with academic leadership, faculty, marketing, operations, and other stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment and admissions processes.
