Job summary

Northwestern University is seeking a Director of Graduate Recruitment, Admissions & Outreach to lead graduate enrollment strategies for master's and professional programs. You will collaborate with faculty, program directors, and university partners to expand recruitment pipelines, improve the prospective student experience, and advance enrollment objectives across SESP.

You will oversee admissions, campaigns, scholarships, and yield analytics while guiding the team to deliver timely decisions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in marketing, business, higher education, enrollment management, or student records.
• Experience with student information systems (CAESAR preferred) and Salesforce.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement graduate recruitment and enrollment strategies.
• Lead domestic and international recruitment to diversify applicant pools.
• Oversee admissions processes from outreach to matriculation.
• Monitor enrollment performance and report to school leadership.
