The University of Rochester seeks an Admissions and Enrollment Operations Specialist to develop and evaluate graduate admissions strategies for SAS and Hajim. The role drives recruitment, application completion, and student engagement for multiple programs.

Reporting to the SAS/Hajim Assistant Dean and collaborating with departments, you will oversee admissions, outreach, CRM-based communications, and data-informed decision making to improve yield and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of professional experience in admissions, enrollment management, student services, or related field.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with Slate preferred.
• Experience in graduate education preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and evaluate graduate admissions and enrollment strategies for SAS and Hajim graduate programs.
• Coordinate graduate admissions processes from inquiry through enrollment and monitor applicant progress.
• Create targeted communications campaigns to support inquiry generation, application completion, and enrollment conversion.
• Serve as a functional expert in Slate CRM and manage recruitment reports, dashboards, and enrollment analyses.
• Support fellowship and scholarship administration and ensure compliance with policies.
