The University of Texas at El Paso seeks an International Graduate Admissions Recruiter to grow self-paying international graduate enrollment and advance the university’s strategic goals. This role sits in the Office of International Programs and collaborates with IS&S and The Graduate School across time zones.

Responsibilities include designing recruitment strategies, advising applicants through the funnel, building international partnerships, and coordinating marketing and data analytics to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Two or more years of experience in admissions or international recruitment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain travel documents for domestic and international travel.
• Demonstrated cross-cultural communication skills.
• Willingness to travel ~60% of the time, domestically and internationally.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and data-reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute market-specific recruitment plans for international graduate students.
• Analyze recruitment and yield data to forecast enrollment and refine strategy.
• Serve as primary contact for prospective international graduate students through the funnel.
• Cultivate relationships with families and partner offices to support yield.
• Represent UTEP at international events and train partner offices on inquiries handling.
