Job summary

Trane Technologies is recruiting for a full-time Construction Project Manager through its Graduate Training Program (GTP). This 15-week rotational, hands-on program trains you in construction management, giving you exposure to multiple locations and on-site learning with a team prepared to guide your career.

Upon completion, you will assume responsibilities as an Associate Contracting Project Manager in a local sales office, gaining practical experience across project plans, scheduling,

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree; preferred fields include Construction Engineering, Building Management, Construction Management, HVAC or Engineering.
• U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Willingness to travel to multiple locations during the 15‑week program; some roles may be remote or hybrid or onsite across North America.

Responsibilities

• Work on construction projects with responsibilities for project plans, stakeholder alignment, and progress tracking.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors and suppliers to meet customer and business commitments.
• Manage administration, implementation, and scope, schedule and budget for project assignments.
• Enable energy-efficient building solutions through project execution within Trane Technologies.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering, Building Management, Construction Management, HVAC, Engineering, or equivalent degree
