Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking recent graduates for a full-time Construction Project Manager track within its Graduate Training Program. The 15-week rotation provides hands-on PM experience across multiple company sites, with learning from field experts and a focus on ethical, professional standards.

You will begin with onboarding at a designated office, with a January start and a path to a full-time Associate Contracting Project Manager role in your local sales office.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle construction project management activities
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for project delivery
• Develop and monitor project plans, schedules and budgets
• Learn through the 15-week rotational program across multiple sites
• Contribute to risk management and on-site execution improvements
