Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Must be graduated prior to start date.
Knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods.
U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S.
Posting may be remote, hybrid, or onsite across North America.
Ability to travel during the 15-week training program.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and have no major traffic violations in 3 years.

Responsibilities

Work on all aspects of construction projects, including developing plans, stakeholder alignment, and tracking progress.
Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet customer commitments.
Manage project scope, schedule, and budget throughout execution.
Enable energy-efficient building solutions through project delivery.
