Trane Technologies, a world leader in climate solutions, invites recent graduates to join its Graduate Training Program for Construction Project Management. The 15-week rotation provides hands-on learning, learning from field experts, and aims to prepare you for a rewarding career as an Associate Contracting Project Manager in a local sales office.

The program begins in January at a predetermined office. You will travel to company locations, complete virtual trainings, manage full-cycle HVAC

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or preferred in Construction/Engineering/Management.
• Knowledge of construction management processes and methods.
• Graduated prior to start date.
• U.S. citizenship or work authorization without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support full lifecycle of HVAC construction projects from planning to execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet commitments.
• Manage scope, schedule and budget for assigned projects.
• Travel to company sites for in-person learning during the 15-week program.
