Turner & Townsend invites recent graduates to join its Graduate Development Program in San Jose, CA as a Project Management Analyst. The two‑year program develops core project management capabilities while supporting real estate and infrastructure client work across the U.S.

You will assist with scope, schedule, cost and quality controls; prepare proposals; establish governance; maintain logs; and help produce monthly client reports and dashboards under senior guidance.

• 0-2 years of industry experience

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in ensuring project quality standards and timely completion.
• Manage submittal and RFI processes throughout construction.
• Assist with proposals for new or revised projects.
• Establish effective project governance, processes and systems.
• Maintain information sharing and documentation across the team and client.
• Build strong relationships with client and team members.
• Interface with stakeholders including executives, consultants and vendors.
• Attend meetings, update issue/action logs and drive items to closure.
• Develop detailed project plans and support status meetings and close-out activities.
• Contribute monthly reporting and executive dashboards for the client program.
• Support procurement and cost control activities including EVM and cost tracking.
• Liaise with client finance for cost data and SOX control where applicable.
