Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Management Analyst for its Graduate Development Program in Atlanta, GA. You will support construction and infrastructure projects from concept to completion, helping control scope, schedule, cost and quality to ensure successful delivery.

The two-year program provides exposure to services across real estate, infrastructure, cost management, and digital solutions, with development across core competencies and governance processes.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of industry experience.
• Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in ensuring the project is managed to the right quality standards and completed efficiently and on time.
• Manage submittals and RFIs throughout the construction process.
• Assist with proposals for new projects or variations to existing projects.
• Establish effective project governance, processes and systems for the project.
• Ensure that key information and data are shared and retained appropriately.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Interface with stakeholders including executive management, project team members, consultants and vendors.
• Transcribe meeting minutes and drive actions to closure.
• Develop detailed project plans and participate in status meetings.
