Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Management Analyst for the Graduate Development Program in San Francisco, CA. This 2-year program develops graduates into consultants through exposure to real estate, infrastructure and cost management services.

The role supports project managers, coordinates submittals/RFIs, and helps with governance, reporting, and procurement. 0-2 years experience and a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree are typical prerequisites.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of industry experience
• Bachelor's and/or Masters Degree
• Preferred degrees: Construction Management, Construction Science, Project Management, General Business

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager ensuring the project is managed to the right quality standards and completed efficiently and on time
• Manage submittal and RFI processes
• Assist with proposals for new projects or variations
• Establish effective project governance, processes and systems
• Ensure key information is shared and retained
• Build strong relationships with client and team members
• Interface with executives, project team, consultants and vendors
• Transcribe meeting minutes and drive items to closure
• Develop detailed project plans and follow up on status
• Contribute monthly reporting for the Client's program
• Daily tasks: submittal approval, RFI processing, change orders, meetings, punch-list, observations, commissioning, close-out documentation
• Procurement: assist with supplier/resource procurement
• Monitor project costs and EVM systems
• Liaise with client finance to review cost data
• SOX control responsibilities may apply
