Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in construction management, construction science, PM or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager to ensure the project is delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
• Manage submittals and RFIs throughout the construction process.
• Assist with proposals for new projects or variations to existing projects.
• Help establish effective project governance, processes and systems.
• Ensure key information is shared and retained across the team.
• Build relationships with the client and project team members.
