Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Management Analyst for our Graduate Development Program in Atlanta, GA. This two-year program develops recent graduates into successful consultants through diverse competencies in project, cost, and controls management.

You will manage construction and infrastructure projects from concept to completion, supporting governance, reporting, and stakeholder coordination with real client exposure.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of industry experience.
• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree required or preferred.
• Degrees in Construction Management, Construction Science, Engineering, Project Management or General Business are considered.
• Graduate Development Program experience or interest in project management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager to deliver projects on time, within budget and quality standards.
• Support submittal, RFI, change order processes and coordination with stakeholders.
• Assist with proposals, governance, and reporting for client programs.
• Develop detailed project plans and attend status meetings, logging issues and actions.
• Contribute to monthly program reports and executive dashboards.
• Coordinate procurement and cost tracking, liaising with finance and vendors.
• Ensure SOX controls where applicable and maintain project documentation.
