Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager to ensure quality standards and timely completion.
• Manage submittal and RFI processes throughout construction.
• Assist with proposals for new projects or variations to existing projects.
• Assist with establishing effective project governance, processes and systems.
• Prepare detailed project plans, attend status meetings and follow-up with team members.
• Contribute monthly reporting on various aspects of the Client's program.
• Assist with procurement of suppliers/resources as required.
• Monitor project costs/spending and cost tracking & EVM systems.
• Liaise with client’s finance team to obtain information and report finance/cost data.
