Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Management Construction Project Analyst for its Graduate Development Program in Boston, MA. The role supports early-career professionals to develop skills across scope, schedule, cost and quality control on real estate and infrastructure projects.

You will work with clients and teams, assist with governance, reporting, RFIs, submittals, and transition close-out documentation as you progress toward professional consultant status over the two-year program.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of industry experience required.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in ensuring quality standards and on-time delivery.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders and documentation.
• Assist with preparation of proposals and establishment of project governance.
• Ensure information and data are effectively shared and retained across the team.
• Support monthly reporting and client communications.
