Job summary

Turner & Townsend is launching a Graduate Development Program in Los Angeles for a Project Management Analyst to support construction and infrastructure projects from concept to completion.

The program targets recent graduates with 0-2 years of experience and offers exposure to services spanning program, project, cost, and commercial management. Duration is about 2 years, with on-site responsibilities in the LA location.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of industry experience.
• Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree.
• Preferred degrees include Construction Management, Construction Science, Project Management, General Business.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager to ensure quality standards and on-time delivery.
• Manage submittal and RFI processes through construction.
• Assist with proposals for new or variations to projects.
• Establish effective governance, processes and systems for the project.
• Ensure key information is shared and retained; build client/team relationships.
• Interface with stakeholders including executives, project team, consultants and vendors.
• Drive meeting minutes and follow-up actions to closure.
• Develop detailed project plans and track status through status meetings.
• Contribute monthly reporting and executive dashboards.
• Support procurement, cost tracking and variance management, and SOX controls where applicable.
