The Assistant Director, Graduate Admission Systems serves as the technical owner of these platforms, guiding configuration, data integrity, imports, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5-7 years of experience administering a CRM (Slate preferred) and/or a student information system in higher education.
• Direct hands-on experience configuring Slate: rules, workflows, forms, portals, and communication modules.
• Proficiency troubleshooting complex data and configuration issues.
• Experience with Workday Student including data imports, integrations, and reporting.
• Ability to translate operational needs into system configurations and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Slate administrator for the Office of Graduate Admission, owning rules and updates.
• Build and maintain portals, forms, and event templates related to applications and reviews.
• Manage annual cycle refreshes and retentionPolicy maintenance.
• Own configuration for workflows and source formats; troubleshoot issues escalated by teams.
• Reconcile data between Slate and integrated systems and manage cross-system changes.
• Develop data-integrity testing strategies and maintain Slate documentation.
• Integrate CRM document management with imaging systems to ensure compliant access.
