The role involves managing the CRM Slate across 45+ programs, collaborating with various departments, and overseeing technical enhancements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in admissions systems or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale system migrations or upgrades.
• Experience developing and providing training to diverse user populations.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead the technical health and innovation of the CRM (Slate).
• Manage functional and technical aspects of the CRM and its interface with the University’s student information system.
• Collaborate with Brown departments to support enrollment functions.
