Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum of two years of technical experience and general database concepts knowledge.
• Slate CRM experience highly preferred; SQL experience a plus.
• Experience in Admission/Higher Education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to implement Slate CRM solutions for Undergraduate Admissions.
• Gather requirements, design processes, and prioritize enhancements; coordinate with vendors.
• Conduct data quality audits and extract data for reporting and validation.
• Train Undergraduate Admissions staff on Slate CRM and maintain security controls.
