Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with enterprise systems and applications.
• Professional experience with databases.
• Bachelor's degree or Associate's with 3+ years relevant experience.
• Strong data entry, records management, and documentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and respond to graduate admissions inquiries via email, phone, and in person.
• Process graduate admissions applications and supporting documentation.
• Enter, update, verify, and maintain applicant records in enterprise systems.
• Navigate student information systems, queues, checklists, and workflows.
• Support application processing using systems such as Banner, TargetX, and BusinessCAS.
• Review transcripts and English proficiency documentation for accuracy.
• Identify missing documents and coordinate follow-up with applicants.
• Upload and organize electronic application documents.
• Track application statuses and ensure records meet procedures.
• Communicate professionally with prospective students and university departments.
• Maintain confidentiality of student information per FERPA.
