Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with enterprise systems.
• Experience working with databases in a professional setting.
• Bachelor’s degree or an Associate’s degree with a minimum of three years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the admissions email account and respond professionally.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain records across SIS (Banner), CRM (TargetX), and CAS systems.
• Coordinate loading of application documents from CAS and manage technical processing of incoming files.
• Navigate applicant records, materials, checklists, statuses, and related records.
• Understand how information moves through an admissions system and how actions affect downstream processes.
• Handle student records and personally identifiable information in compliance with FERPA where applicable.
• Review and process graduate applications and supporting materials with attention to accuracy and timeliness.
• Review transcripts for completeness, prior enrollment, GPA calculations, and admissions eligibility.
• Verify English proficiency documentation and international applicant requirements.
• Serve as the primary contact for applicants via phone, email, and in-person communications.
• Prepare correspondence regarding admissions requirements and status updates.
