Job summary

VIVA USA Inc is seeking an Applications Processing Support Admin to deliver comprehensive operational and administrative support for graduate admissions processing, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant review and data maintenance across Banner, TargetX, and CAS.

You will act as a primary contact for applicants, manage workflows, verify transcripts and English proficiency, and support FERPA and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with enterprise systems.
• Experience working with databases in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor admissions workflows and respond to applicants via phone, email, and in person.
• Review transcripts and academic records for completeness and eligibility.
• Verify English proficiency and international applicant requirements.
