Job summary

The University of South Carolina is seeking a Grades Coordinator to support the Office of the Registrar. You will process grade forgiveness requests, assist with final grades, and manage grade forms, changes, makeup exams, and registration exceptions.

You will interpret academic policies for students and staff, coordinate communications about grades, and ensure accurate reporting across campus. Excellent communication and data entry skills are essential in this role, based in Columbia, SC with

  • Excellent keyboarding, data entry, and word processing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Process requests for grade forgiveness and assist with final grades.

Minimum And Additional Requirements
  • - Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • - Knowledge of client/customer service principles preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
  • - Experience in a registrar's office or student services as well as working knowledge of USC academic policies and procedures.
  • - Experience with grading systems and student records, and Banner Student is highly desirable.
