Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to lead delivery and client engagement on a group of strategic contracts for federal, state, and local partners.

You will manage complex programs, coordinate with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliant, scalable agile delivery. East Coast hours and travel to Richmond, VA are required. This role is remote-first with opportunities to grow within a mission-driven consultancy.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience overseeing delivery outcomes and client relationships on large projects.
• Experience with Custom Software or Cloud infrastructure programs.
• Experience working with state government agencies and government contracting.
• Experience leading agile development teams and scalable projects.
• Familiar with Jira and Confluence.
• US work authorization; no visa sponsorship required.
• Willingness to travel to Richmond, VA and East Coast hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and client engagement on a group of strategic contracts.
• Manage contracts and finances for your portfolio with the finance team.
• Set standards for delivery excellence and client service.
