Job summary

StraitSys Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to lead a DOJ/EOIR contract from its Falls Church, VA headquarters.

The role demands strategic leadership, contract performance oversight, staffing coordination, and admission to a dynamic federal program environment. The ideal candidate will possess DOJ-facing experience, enterprise IT modernization know‑how, cloud/hybrid IT familiarity, and strong Agile/ITIL background, with a US citizenship and the ability to obtain a DOJ PTI clearance.

Qualifications

Must be a US Citizen.
Must obtain DOJ Public Trust Investigation (PTI) clearance.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with 10+ years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

Provide overall leadership and management for all contract activities.
Serve as the primary interface between Government and contractor leadership.
Coordinate staffing to ensure qualified personnel are onboarded and positioned to meet contract requirements.
Monitor performance, schedules, deliverables, and staffing levels to ensure mission success.
Prepare and deliver status reports, executive briefings, and ad hoc reports for the Government.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
