Job summary

A technology services provider is seeking a Program Director to manage DOJ contracts and provide strategic leadership in the Washington Metro Area. This role requires 10-15 years of IT leadership experience and proficiency in managing IT modernization projects. The successful candidate will engage with senior DOJ leadership and drive scalable solutions, offering a competitive salary range of $150K - $200K annually based on qualifications. Must be a U.S. citizen with PMP certification.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of IT leadership experience.
• Led multiple IT modernization projects for Department of Justice customers.
• Management of projects with at least 30 FTE.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary authority for DOJ programs.
• Provide day-to-day management of large-scale IT programs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for DOJ senior leadership.
• Drive the design of scalable systems that comply with DOJ standards.

Skills

IT leadership experience

Project management experience with Microsoft technology

Exceptional communication skills

Knowledge of DOJ standards

Experience with DEA and/or ATF

Interface to senior DOJ officials
