Qualifications

• Experience managing complex IT or cybersecurity projects.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams across concurrent workstreams.
• Ability to develop and manage project plans, schedules, risks, and deliverables.
• Experience with customers, program leadership, and technical teams.
• Experience applying Agile project management and facilitating Scrum activities.
• Experience in development, operations, and lifecycle management.
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to prioritize competing priorities in a mission-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Contractor personnel supporting the USAidam program and coordinate day-to-day project execution.
• Serve as the primary interface between the Contractor team and Government PMs, COR, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate activities across USAidam systems including USAidgov, USAlogin, USApriv, and USAfx.
• Develop and maintain project plans addressing milestones, dependencies, and government schedules.
• Gather and coordinate requirements with Government stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Government PMs on roadmaps, priorities, and activities.
• Manage product backlogs, milestones, epics, and releases.
• Support Agile ceremonies and sprint planning across contractor and government teams.
• Coordinate SDLC documentation, training materials, and AARs for incidents.
