Job summary

StraitSys Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of multiple EOIR-related projects nationwide and overseas.

You will lead day-to-day project activities, ensure continuity during transitions, and coordinate with GTMs and technical leads to keep initiatives on schedule and within scope. The role requires strong governance, risk management, and reporting capabilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes for government stakeholders and contractor teams

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain DOJ Public Trust Investigation (PTI).
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent EOIR-related projects.
• Maintain continuity of operations during contract transition.
• Coordinate project activities across geographically dispersed locations, including EOIR courts.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and resources.
• Collaborate with Program Manager, Government Task Managers (GTMs), and technical leads to ensure contract success.
• Prepare and deliver weekly project status reports, executive summaries, dashboards, and ad hoc reports.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate project meetings, document action items, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, quality standards, and project management best practices.
• Support transition planning, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness activities.
• Promote effective communication among project teams, Government stakeholders, and contractor personnel.
