Job summary

StraitSys seeks a Senior IT Project Manager - Cloud to support the FBI in Quantico, VA. Lead enterprise cloud modernization, migration, and infrastructure initiatives from planning to operations, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with mission and security requirements.

You will work with government stakeholders, cloud architects, engineers, cybersecurity, and vendors to drive successful cloud delivery in a secure environment.

Qualifications

• US citizenship and ability to obtain a TS clearance.
• Ten+ years in traditional PM and governance with cloud experience.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or similar cloud platforms.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in federal environments.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise cloud modernization, migration, and infrastructure initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and risk registers.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders, cloud architects, and DevSecOps teams.
• Ensure projects meet security, schedule, and cost requirements.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and governance for cloud delivery.
