Job summary

ThinkTek LLC in Arlington, VA is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead large IT programs supporting federal environments, ensuring delivery on schedule and within budget while meeting RMF/CUI and security requirements.

This role requires extensive PM experience, cloud and cybersecurity knowledge, and a proven track record in digital transformation and automation; you will mentor teams of 15–20 and interact with government customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• PMP certification from PMI is required.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect or similar cloud cert.
• CISSP certification.
• 15 years IT experience with 10+ years in program management.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for large, complex IT programs from planning through execution.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, resources, and performance.
• Lead teams of 15–20 personnel and programs with budgets of at least $2.5 million.
• Interface with government customers, stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Ensure compliance with RMF, CUI, and other federal security requirements.
• Drive digital transformation and automation initiatives.
