Job summary

StraitSys Inc. seeks a Program Manager to lead the government's contract execution from Falls Church, VA. You will serve as the primary interface with COR, GTMs, and contractor leadership, ensuring delivery, staffing, schedules, and quality standards.

This role requires strong leadership, experience with federal civilian programs, IT modernization, cloud and hybrid environments, and adherence to security and compliance requirements. The position is contingent on contract award.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting the Department of Justice (DOJ), EOIR, or other Federal civilian agencies.
• Experience managing enterprise IT modernization or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience supporting cloud-based and hybrid IT environments.
• Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with ITIL service management practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and management for all contract activities.
• Serve as the primary interface between the Government (COR/GTMs) and contractor leadership.
• Coordinate staffing to ensure qualified personnel are onboarded and positioned to meet contract requirements.
• Ensure Key Personnel and staff perform responsibilities in accordance with contract requirements.
• Monitor contract performance, schedules, deliverables, and staffing levels for mission success.
• Provide leadership to project and technical management staff.
• Prepare and deliver recurring status reports, executive briefings, and ad hoc reports.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, security standards, and policies.
• Coordinate across teams to resolve issues and maintain momentum.
• Support transition activities, resource planning, and continuous improvement.
