Job summary

StraitSys Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to support the DOJ EOUSA OCIO CSS USAidam program in Washington, DC.

You will lead the Contractor team and serve as the primary interface with Government Program and Project Managers to ensure alignment with mission objectives and federal cybersecurity requirements. You will coordinate schedules, risks, and deliverables across IdAM initiatives, including governance, authentication, privileged access, and secure file exchange, while facilitating Agile

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex IT and/or cybersecurity projects.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating across multiple projects.
• Experience developing project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Experience working with customers, program leadership, and technical teams.
• Experience applying Agile project management and facilitating Scrum activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Contractor personnel supporting the USAidam program.
• Interface between Contractor team and Government stakeholders.
• Coordinate activities for USAidgov, USAlogin, USApriv, USAfx initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans addressing milestones and schedules.
• Document and coordinate requirements with Government stakeholders.
• Manage product backlogs, milestones, and release planning.
• Support Agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of commitments.
• Ensure project documentation complies with Government requirements.
