COPT Defense Properties is seeking a Facility Operations professional in Annapolis Junction, MD to manage tenant service projects and support maintenance within a CMMS environment. The role demands organization, customer focus, and the ability to work with government procedures.

Responsibilities include reporting, budgets, and coordinating with building teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant project execution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of professional project management experience with government procedures/policies.
• Minimum of four years in CMMS; Yardi Facility Manager preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage tenant service request projects in Yardi Facility Manager.
• Assist with maintenance and upgrades.
• Provide user support and answer questions.
• Manage access and scheduling for building technicians and subcontractors.
• Maintain project calendars and prioritize service requests.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout project execution.
• Maintain communication with tenants, vendors, and internal contacts.
• Ensure timely completion and proper close-out of tickets.
