Job summary

COPT Defense Properties, LP is seeking a facility operations professional to manage tenant service projects and support building operations in Annapolis Junction, MD. The role requires coordination in Yardi Facility Manager, handling schedules, budgets, and documentation, while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualified candidates will have 1–3 years in project management and CMMS experience, plus familiarity with government procedures.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional project management-based experience.
• Experience with Government procedures and policies.
• Proficiency in CMMS and Yardi Facility Manager preferred.

Responsibilities

• Input, manage, coordinate, and facilitate all tenant service request projects in Yardi Facility Manager.
• Assist with maintenance and upgrades.
• Provide support to users with questions or problems.
• Coordinate with Chief Building Technicians on access, schedules, and asset data.
• Maintain project calendars and workload alignment across internal and external resources.
• Manage customer experience and ensure high levels of service.
• Close out tickets meeting company standards.
