Job summary

Avantor is seeking a Contract Analyst – Government Contracts to administer and coordinate our federal and state government contract programs, including NASPO and DLA eCAT. You will monitor contractual requirements, report on performance, and drive continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years in contracts, government procurement, pricing, or related operations.
Familiarity with government contracting programs (NASPO, DLA eCAT, GSA) preferred.

Responsibilities

Administer and support government contract programs, ensuring compliance and timely execution.
Coordinate with Sales, Bids/Quotes, Pricing, Legal, and Government Contracts leadership.
Prepare customer reporting, pricing files, and contract performance tracking.
Execute contract modifications and maintain pricing files.
Suggest tools and processes to improve performance and compliance.
Provide analytics to leadership to support growth and profitability.
