Job summary

You will manage full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, screening, onboarding, and collaborate with Capture, Proposal, HR, and program leadership to align staffing with contract needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, business, or related field.
Three+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing experience.
Experience supporting government contracting, federal proposals, capture management, or contract staffing is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Manage job requisitions in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Partner with hiring managers, capture teams, and program leadership to define requirements and priorities.
Source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and databases; engage qualified professionals.
Coordinate pre-employment screening, onboarding, and ensure compliance with policy and law.
