Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC seeks a Business Development Specialist in Tampa, FL to identify and mature opportunities across Federal, State, and Local Government sectors. You will guide capture plans, build strategic partnerships, and coordinate bid activities while working with senior leadership.

You will leverage market intelligence, perform competitive analysis, and support proposal teams to craft compelling, compliant responses to solicitations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, science or related discipline.
• 7-10 years of business development experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and qualifying a pipeline of opportunities in Federal, State and Local Government spaces.
• Collaborate with the Business Development Group to craft market strategies and competitive analysis.
• Support lead generation, capture stages, and development of call plans for opportunities.
• Develop business intelligence and conduct market/competitor analysis.
• Assist in nondisclosure, teaming and pricing strategies for captures.
• Coordinate teaming opportunities and support customer outreach efforts.
• Prepare proposals, white papers, and responses to RFIs and sources sought.
