Job summary

People, Technology & Processes in Tampa seeks an experienced HR / Recruitment Manager to lead full-cycle recruiting for government contracts while ensuring HR compliance and lifecycle management. You will partner with program managers and leadership to understand staffing requirements and drive workforce plans for current and future contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field is preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive HR and/or recruiting experience, preferably in government contracting or similarly regulated environments.
• Experience recruiting for multiple positions and skill levels simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of employment practices and HR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for corporate and contract-supported positions from requisition through onboarding.
• Develop recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for government contracts.
• Source candidates via job boards, networks, and referrals; coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Ensure reference checks, employment verification, and other pre-employment screenings.
• Maintain an organized candidate pipeline and recruiting metrics; support contract staffing deliverables.
