UNKNOWN company in the Tampa area is seeking an experienced HR / Recruitment Manager to support human resources operations and talent acquisition for government contracts. You will develop recruiting strategies, manage the employee lifecycle, and ensure HR compliance to meet contract staffing and documentation requirements.

The ideal candidate has experience recruiting for government contractors or regulated environments and can work with program managers and leadership on staffing plans,

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive HR and/or recruiting experience in government contracting or regulated environments.
• Experience recruiting for multiple positions and skill levels.
• Strong HR compliance knowledge and confidentiality practices.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for corporate and contract-supported positions.
• Develop recruiting strategies for government contract roles.
• Coordinate interviews and reference checks with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruiting trackers.
• Ensure personnel records and documentation meet contract compliance.
• Support workforce planning for new contract awards and amendments.
