Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end functional consulting activities, including requirements gathering and system configuration.
• Facilitate working sessions with government stakeholders and manage client expectations.
• Translate agency requirements into functional specifications and configurations.
• Coordinate testing, integration workflows, and defect resolution.
• Provide post-go-live support and user experience improvements.
• Develop data visualizations to support project decisions.
