Zusammenfassung

LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking a Sales Training Analyst to help our sales teams craft and deliver compelling pitches for government customers. You will review decks, run rehearsals, and provide structured coaching to strengthen customer-value communication and differentiators.

You will collaborate with sales leaders and SMEs to align messaging, track development needs, and ensure decks reflect approved content.

Qualifikationen

Experience in sales training, sales enablement, or a related role.
Strong ability to turn complex information into a clear customer narrative.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Proficiency with PowerPoint and slide design.

Aufgaben

Support strategic presentation development with reps to create clear narratives and compelling messaging.
Facilitate pitch practice through individual and group rehearsals.
Provide structured coaching notes with actionable improvements.
Coach reps to connect presentations to customer priorities and outcomes.
Strengthen value communication by highlighting benefits and differentiators.
Coordinate follow-up practice and deck revisions before customer meetings.
Collaborate with sales leaders, enablement, SMEs, and partners to align messaging.
Identify recurring development needs and improve training materials and resources.
