Job summary

EY's Government Contract Services (GCS) team helps agencies navigate regulatory requirements and maximize efficiency in the US government contracting lifecycle. As a Manager, you will lead engagements, analyze data, and deliver practical cost, pricing, and compliance solutions for challenging government programs.

You will collaborate with diverse teams, develop client relationships, and contribute to proposals while ensuring audit readiness and adherence to federal standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, law, finance, business or related field
• 5 to 8 years’ relevant work experience
• Possess at least one professional designation: CPA, CFE, CFA
• In-depth experience with U.S. federal regulatory and statutory requirements pertaining to public acquisitions and assistance awards

Responsibilities

• Lead and support client engagements throughout the government contracting lifecycle
• Manage workstreams, supervise team members, analyze financial data
• Develop practical recommendations for clients on pricing, cost accounting, and compliance
• Assist with audits, response to government inquiries, and remediation actions
